No, you can be an existing customer or completely new to Blue Mountain Water, we are here to assist you. If your office Zip product needs a service, our team and engineers are more than happy to assist. We can also provide support and assistance for Billi taps.

We would recommend that your commercial Zip tap is serviced every 6 months. This gives our engineer chance to check for general wear and tear as well as servicing the tap.

Filter changes are dependent on the use of the Zip product. For example, we would recommend a small office should have a filter change every 6 to 12 months, for a larger setting where the zip product is used more often, filter changes may be needed more frequently.
